Meet Our Director
Kelly Steffen, owner and lead instructor at Kelly’s School of Dance, discovered her passion for dance at just two years old. She trained in ballet, jazz, tap, lyrical, and hip hop throughout her childhood and early career in the Twin Cities. Now living in Lamberton with her husband and three children, Kelly brings her love of dance and years of experience to every student she teaches.
Kelly’s goal is to create more than just skilled dancers—she aims to nurture kind, confident individuals. Known for her patient and encouraging teaching style, she emphasizes positivity and teamwork in every class. Whether working with young children just starting their dance journey or advanced dancers preparing for performances, Kelly inspires students to believe in themselves and their potential.
